Open Position: Director of Operations
Haven of Mercy Catholic Community in Little Falls is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to actively manage the day-to-day operation, financial and human resources, facilities management and office administration. This individual will oversee the administrative and office staff, bookkeepers, facilities staff, and communications and information technology.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field. Finance or accounting degree is preferred.
Required: 5+ years of experience in management of operations including facilities; 5+ years of experience in supervising staff; experience in working with vendors and outside contractors.
Experience in managing budget, financial forecasting and financial statements.
Proficiency in computer programs including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to direct and empower staff with positive direction.
It is preferred that the candidate is practicing Catholic.
Haven of mercy is comprised of six parishes in and surrounding the Little Falls area. In addition to parishes, the community also includes Mary of Lourdes Catholic School and multiple cemeteries.
